I offer a bespoke service tailored to each pet owner and their pet's individual needs; delivered from the security of your home. My aim is to give you complete peace of mind, whilst having your pets looked after by someone you trust.
I can look after a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, caged birds, fish, etc.

Great Service. We are Happy and more importantly, Bella is very Happy. Reliable, Punctual and friendly service. Bella is always rinsed off when muddy with a potable Sprayer then Towel dried.
Without hesitation, I would say that Charlotte is the best Dog Walker that we have ever had.

Pet Sitting
Charlotte was given very little notice and offered without hesitation to help. She offered to come over the day before to meet Frank as she had never looked after him before which was lovely.
Charlotte looked after Frank while we were out one evening and sent us a picture of him fast asleep which again was a lovely touch.
I would definitely recommend Charlotte as she is punctual, reliable and super friendly.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to know the people and their beloved pets in Sussex. I get to spend time caring for animals, and at the same time provide peace of mind for their owners. Pets provide so many qualities such as companionship, playful antics, loyalty and friendliness, and are always a pleasure to be with.
It gives me satisfaction knowing that I can help pet owners when life gets in their way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I adore animals and have been around them all my life, and it made sense to start a business based around animals. After many years travelling long distances for work and working for other people, I felt it was time to immerse myself in what I am really passionate about, and utilise my skills and experience in this exciting industry.

I offer a no obligation consultation to ensure that you are 100% happy before registering with me. During this time I can discuss my services and identify the type of care required for your pet; including any specific needs. I can answer any questions you may have in order to provide the best possible care. Once arranged, you can go away with the reassurance that your pets are being properly looked after, with regular updates for peace of mind, until your return.
Microchipping
Microchipping your pet gives them the best chance of being identified and returned to you if they become lost or stolen. I am certified to microchip dogs, cats, rabbits and other furry small animals.
Dog Walking
Walks are 30 minutes or 60 minutes, but can be tailored to your dog's needs.
*Dogs are walked on their own or with another dog from the same household only.
*Dogs are kept on the lead at all times unless written permission has been given.
*Water will be supplied during walks on warm days and on return after every walk.
*Please note that day visits as well as dog walks are not appropriate, if you intend to leave your dog unattended over night. Please speak to me about my pet sitting service.
Nail Trimming (peticure)
Maintaining a suitable length of your pets claws is important.
Please speak to me about nail cutting services especially with dogs, I may need to determine the suitability and temperament of the animal. If your pet is anxious and additional time is required then additional charges may need to be applied.
Pet Home Visits
I offer cat, dog or small animal care services so your pet/s never have to be left for long periods of time. I am happy to visit your home on a regular basis, attending to your pet’s needs.
I will provide you with regular updates via text or email, so you know everything is fine at home.
If your pet requires medication administering; this can be arranged as long as full instructions are provided.
Cat or Rabbit Grooming
Cat/rabbit grooming services include consultation, nail trimming (peticure), ear and eye cleaning, removing knots if any and a brush out.
If your pets fur is matted and requires trimming then additional charges/ time will be charged accordingly.
Pet Sitting
Offers a stress free solution for you and your pets - 12 or 24 hours.
Your pet is a cherished member of your family, and leaving for holidays or business trips may be hard on you both. Hiring a pet sitter is often easier on your pet as this will enable them to keep to their usual routine and remain in their own home. If you have an anxious dog, having a pet sitter come to your home to stay can be the easiest solution for all of you!
