My phone broke on the worst possible day ever! I needed it to meet my many deadlines for the day so I phoned around and this store seemed to understand my pain more than others and managed to squeeze me in during my lunch break. They fixed the phone in under 20 minutes which was incredible and the customer service was top notch. If I ever have another issue I will definitely be returning. I rang before-hand to see if my phone was fixable (because I was very aware it could have been well beyond repair as it was so water damaged) and they offered for me to come in and test a template screen just to see if the phone was able to be saved! After looking at the inside of my phone I believe they said it was one of the most water damaged and corroded phones they had seen (they even took a picture of how bad it was oops) Regardless they tested a screen and it worked fine, so we decided to go ahead and try to fix it. A few weeks ago I went in to have my screen replaced but got home to find that I needed to also have my home button replaced. Fantastic communication and customer service. It’s difficult to know which shops are genuin and which are not when it comes to technology. I came across this shop on Friday this week, brought my phone in on Sunday and it was fixed within an hour, at a reasonable cost.

I had been told by several others shops that my phone was finished, or would cost £300+ to fix so I might as well throw it away and get a new one.

I am so thankful I found this phone shop. I know where I will be coming again if (fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again) my phone breaks.

Saved my 2011 MacBook Air!! I accidentally sloshed some tea on to the keyboard. The computer continued to work after drying it immediately, so I thought nothing of it , but then died the next day and wouldn't power up. Absolutely delighted with the service. Couldn’t have been more helpful, I was a complete walk in after reading the reviews online. Service and cost were explained well when I arrived. Got a money off voucher for the nice coffee shop on the parade and 15 mins later my phone was repaired and for the first time in months I’m using my phone without being plugged into the wall. Excellent service and price much better than the useless Apple service I was offered.

Had my iphone 6 screen repaired because I broken it, had a booked appointment time which was kept to the minute, very courteous, the work was completed within the service time . There is excellent parking just outside the shop and a nice coffee shop 2 doors away to relax in whilst you wait.
