I cannot fault the outstanding service i received today from the friendly and helpful staff. My laptop screen needed fixing and i was told they would call me within 1hr 1/2 to let me know what could be done to fix it. In less than an hour i had a phone call saying it was all fixed and available for collection, at a very reasonable price! The guys were brilliant and i would definitely recommend them if you have any gadget problems! More...

Went in for a broken iPad screen ...
For them to break my iPad home button !!
Took another 9 days for them to get the button in stock to fix it.
Which then should have only been 2 hours, then took another 3 days for them to fix this !!
Once home we realised the buttonf wasn't a proper iPad button and the finger button didn't work.
And half of the screen also didn't work !!!!
Refund received FINALLY but now been told by the apple shop our iPad is worthless !!!

Excellent service ! Fixed my phone went to other shops on city centre one of the shop took my phone kept an 2 hours couldn’t fix and they said my phone can’t be fix , then I took my phone to this shop they fix in half an hour working absolutely fine now . Definitely recommend to everyone .
