My Jaw is on the floor at how good this company is. I walk in 10am and tentatively ask how quick can you replace the battery and screen in my iphone 6. They say "I'm sorry sir, but as weve got to order the parts in it won't be ready until 1pm," I said surely you don't mean today! So I left my phone, an ipad 2 for screen replace & and ipad 4 for screen replace (Ive a very clumsy Son) and they said theyll be ready at 2pm, £160 all in. Thats 3 screens and a battery. I visited today with an iPhone 5s a friend wanted repaired. Service was excellent. Knowledgeable, staff, fast, courteous and honest. Sadly, the phone was a right off and despite the engineer spending time reviewing and opening the phone he would not accept payment as he could not help.

While staying in London, the cover on my ipad broke and the ipad fell onto a stone floor, cracking the glass. I took it to Mobile 360 at 12. 00 and it was ready to collect at 2pm. I had my screen repaired in November 2015 and it worked perfectly. Come February 2016 on of the screws had fallen out the bottom of the phone which caused the screen to come loose and disfunction to a degree and lines to appear. I called Peter who came round and replaced the screen for me and fixed the volume button on my phone which had been pushed in. All in all a happy customer. Thank You More...

Just tried Mobile 360's service for the first time today and was really pleased. Dropped my iPhone on the way to work and shattered the screen. About 8:30am I gave them a call at Mobile 360 and by 10am they had an engineer with me at my office in Paddington. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the screen. Unfortunately while using my phone a little later on I realised there was a bit of a problem with the new screen - called the office again - and again within 30 minutes they had another engineer with me, he replaced the faulty part and now it's as good as new.

I'm impressed with the level of customer service and how readily they sorted out a slight issue. If only all service providers could be responsive! Will definitely use them again and recommend. More...

I had my screen repalced on my Ipad 6 months ago stunning job. 6 months later I drop it again take it in they take the screen off, free the trapped ribon and say I may still have some problems but there is nothing else that can be done as the ipad is bent, this took them 15 minutes and they did not charge me a penny.

Just had 'Peter' round to replace my smashed front glass on iPhone 4S and I just had to send a review. He was amazing. On time, no fuss, new exactly what to do and by that I mean he knew every hidden screw and there are a few of them. having broken the digitiser on my ipad 3, i set out on a journey of epic proportions to have it repaired. first stop - apple store. £250. no thank you. various 3rd party phone shops around my office - £100-140. no thank you. mobile 360 - £69 walk in repair. yes please. i made my appointment in the morning, dropped the device off at 1pm and picked it up again, flawlessly repaired at 4pm. one thing worth saying - on arriving at the address, there is no shop front. instead, you need to jump into a rather fancy looking office block and say "i'm here for mobile 360" to the reception dude who will then sit you down in the lobby. the gent who came down to chat to me was a consummate professional. looked the device over, took my details and told me how long it would take. i told him when i'd be back and that was it. finish of the repair is excellent; the device seems brand new. quality of the part is excellent (and identical to all other stores, i was told). i tested out multitouch gestures, checked that each area of the screen responded and checked that my wifi and front camera worked as expected. tick, tick, tick. wholeheartedly recommended. best prices in london.
