Was friendly and helpful when booking

I was very cautious when I booked. I was using an unfamiliar search engine and a driver I knew nothing about. I had many worries about scams, driver not turning up, having to pay upfront etc. Michael was very reassuring and when I eventually asked if I could go and meet him, he was happy with that. I met him and his wife in their home and had a long chat. I’m not an anxious person but I’m very scam aware.
On the day, Michael was at my home 10 minutes before the agreed arrival time, drove carefully, got me to the airport when I wanted to be there and was happy to take cash on the day.
When I arrived back a week later, he texted me as soon as I landed, gave clear instructions on where to meet, drove me home safely, stopping for me to buy milk on the way. Again, he was happy to have cash on the day.
He is completely reliable and trustworthy and I shall definitely be using him again. More...

Our driver from MM Insignia cars was prompt, was waiting outside 15 minutes earlier than our pick up time which considering was 3:45am is pretty impressive. Driver was polite and friendly, chatted away happily with us, upon return he was already waiting outside the airport for us early and again was friendly and polite, took our bags for us and loaded them and had us home in a comfortable amount of time, the car was large and very comfortable to travel to an airport in, I would fully recommend anyone who needs an airport transfer in south essex to book with MM Insignia More...
