Already feeling better than ever thanks to Mo’s program that’s specific for me and my abilities but still challenges me with every workout. I began with programs throughout lockdown which Mo created with the equipment I had then and I’ve continued with my new programs whilst in the gym. It really makes life easy for me being able to follow each exercise through on the app with my phone, which helps me monitor where I’m improving and strength is growing each week. I’ve also had a range of different PT sessions with Mo from boxing to HIIT circuits to weight lifting. Q&As

Before starting any training with clients I like to have an in-depth consultation where we will discuss goals and lifestyle. During this time we will also complete a movement assessment with the aim of identifying muscle imbalances, flexibility issues, core stability weakness, neuromuscular control and balance. After gathering this information I can tailor the programme based on clients goals, what they enjoy doing and the movement assessment findings. I also monitor progress and keep clients on track by providing a clear roadmap towards their goals.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is enjoying the process and having the correct support network in place which will put you on the path to success. Structure, hard-work and enjoyment are the main keys!

I love everything to do with personal training. I especially love that i can help my clients understand how their body moves and works. I genuinely enjoy helping people make a difference in their own lives by providing a tailored service to make a positive impact.

During my sporting endeavours I have gone onto higher education to gain degrees in Exercise, Physical Activity, and Health, BSc, and Sports Strength and Conditioning MSc. As well as personal training and nutrition qualifications. I am also studying to complete my CSCS Certification. In that time, I spent numerous hours working alongside professional coaches and physiotherapists at Huddersfield Giants, Huddersfield Town and Newcastle Thunder to further my knowledge and expertise. With that in mind I became a performance coach with the main goal to help empower people to become the best version of themselves by sharing my knowledge and expertise

The approach I have towards coaching any client is backed by research combined with my playing and work experience to provide a cutting-edge service. I aim to help each client reach their full potential and to produce the best possible results.

I now offer support to busy male and female professionals who want to become fitter, leaner, and stronger. I have great experience of working with general population clients who have suffered with chronic pain to clients who want to lose body fat to feel much better about themselves. I also work online with amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes who want to improve their physical performance on match days and training. As a result of this I have great in-depth knowledge of using software such as trainerize, tru coach and evolution nutrition.

In order to keep my customers safe from Covid-19 I have taken some simple precautions, such as social distancing when training, wearing a mask and cleaning my hands and equipment regularly. I also work remotely / online where possible.

Prior to your single personal training session you will be given a consultation form which will discuss what your goals are, both long and short term. Once that has been completed expect a rewarding training session where you will be motivated to push yourself from minute one. If you want expert guidance on training and nutrition with a professional service tailored to your goals, simply make an enquiry and we can get to work.

If you have any specific goals in your training then we can work together on a 1-2-1 basis. With this monthly subscription you will have my full support throughout and full access to me to ask any questions you may have. With 1-2-1 online coaching you will receive a tailored programme suited to your needs, nutritional information based on your body composition goals, and guidance with calorie targets and macronutrient calculation. I will be overseeing your progress through weekly check ins via WhatsApp and the training app. In return I would be looking for 100% commitment, progress updates and feedback about the programme.
