Karl is a humble & a polite guy but a cowboy electrician. He came out confident and agreed to install 3 lights after depositing the money for supplies he only managed to do one very shoddy work and came up with excuses about the other 2 installation. He installed outside light by running a cable from the flat going all the way down the landing to the outside. He used a grey cable on white background and end up putting unnecessary badly done trunking which is now an eyesore. The light is controlled by a cheap switch inside, fitted with hanging wires an no box. I wasted my money & the whole work has to be redone. The guy is a joke please do not hire him as an electrician.
