Counselling offers the potential for the transformational experience to be met as we truly are; to be accepted unconditionally for the whole of our life experience such that we learn to accept ourselves. Counselling provides a potentially life changing opportunity to better understand your self, your relationships and your emotions, within a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. Counselling is part of our life journey of personal growth and when the counselling relationship thrives, it is the most wonderful thing to fully meet the other person.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Counselling via Zoom or by phone is available. In addition to my counselling qualifications I have completed the BACP / Open University "How to do Counselling Online" course. This provides supplementary awareness around the psychological and practical differences between face to face counselling and online.
