Further to the responsiveness, Poonam was very personable and passionate in creating my vision for my wedding cake. It was at that point that I was 100% certain that I was going to use Mistry Cakes Couture. However, most importantly the tester cakes were amazing so I booked straight away and I wasn’t disappointed. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been quite an Artist from a young age, I used to paint, cakes became a passion and flare… Inspired by Artists; Michelangelo Dali, Botticelli, Monet, Raphael…

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Preventive measures are still in place, ventilation of indoor spaces, covering coughs and sneezes, hand washing, gloves worn and keeping unwashed hands away from the face. The use of face masks or coverings has been recommended in public settings to minimise the risk of transmissions.
