I started my puppy at a different class which wasn't giving us the outcome we had hoped for, so we changed to heads n tails. I wish we had came here from the start. We learnt so much in the first session then we had in the first 3 weeks at the other class. The sessions are half an hour long which is the right length of time for our puppy as she starts to loose focus after a little bit with being so young. We recently rehomed a 8 month old staffy who was excitable to say the least. Lunging on the lead, pulling us everywhere, barking, jumping all over the furniture. We have been doing 1-2-1s and Wednesday night classes for 3 weeks and the transformation in max is amazing already walking so well on the lead, indoor negative behaviour has reduced and generally max is more settled. Clare is amazing with dogs and really helps you get the best out of them. I would highly recommended if your struggling with your dog. More...

I have a 1 year old rough collie/poodle with 3 issues - yapping for attention, waking at 5am daily and chasing cars! Claire was recommended to me and I have had two 121 sessions with her and my dog, one session was at my home so Claire could see my dog in her home environment. My boy was lead reactive and would bark and lunge at dogs we would pass,after seeeing Clare he is now so much better! He no longer lunges, hardly ever barks! Would highly recommend her!

Absolutely AMAZING! I had a very difficult dog! We had tried so many trainers and nobody would help, she was out of control and starting to get aggressive! I took her to claire for a class, she was a nightmare. She watched my dog and her behaviour then showed us positive ways to encourage her walking and to focus, within 5 minutes she was at my side walking lovely. Evies tail doesnt stop wagging the whole time she is there. A year on and we have one of the most obedient dogs ive seen, she is so good we are even looking at competeing. Evie is relaxed & happy again. She had a troubled past and this is the most relaxed she has ever been. Evie loves going and gets so excited when we get in tbe car to go. Claire has saved our family & dog. She taught us how to read and listen to our dog. We have bonded so close together. I would recommend her to anybody, positive methods and happy dogs! More...
