I have ĺots of experience in counselling, I have studied aspects of mental heaĺth ànd training in psychology and some aspects of pschotherapy. I am confident at reaching out to people and establish good rapport with people.I am able to understand a range of needs and meet them with comprehensive answers and problem solving ideas. I have many years experience of counselling people.I have experience in drug and alcohol counselling ,anxiety ,Depression and various other conditions.Great to talk to establish good relationship with some positive goal setting for clients.I have studied for diploma level 3 in counselling ,psychotherapy and studying another major counselling course.I am very down to earth not expecting too much of clients and like them to feel I am a friend and can just chat about what they want.I can help bring some good suggestions for positive ideas and fairly easy frameworks to build upon for healing and greater confidence.
