Hello, my name is Bairbre and I am a qualified Person-centred counsellor, CBT trained, a Mental Health first aider and a Suicide intervention officer. I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Physiotherapists.

I work both remotely and face-to-face with clients and offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. The remote sessions can be accessed via phone or zoom.

I offer a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without any judgement. Sometimes, we just need to get things off our chest to help us feel lighter, and other times, life gets too much and too hard to deal with on your own. That's where I can help!

I am empathetic, non-judgemental and very open and honest with my clients. I find it a privilege to work with clients and help them to figure things out and grow and develop as a person.
