Professional, friendly, polite and efficient.
Used Mintbox for a 2 part move in February for our daughter from her Edinburgh flat to a house in Midcalder after recommendation from a friend.
Unfortunately due to Covid and restrictions on working in the house the renovations took longer than we had planned. Daughter decided she didn’t want the wardrobe that David and Charlie negotiated out of the flat so I contacted David and he happily arranged for the wardrobe to come out of storage and transport it to the lady in Corstorphine who bought it from my daughter. No quibble!👍
Move this month into Midcalder house was carried out efficiently reassembling corner sofa and super king sized bed and double checking with my daughter they were where she wanted them positioned. Again all done with no hassle despite restricted space for manoeuvring the larger items.
Have already recommended Mintbox to a friend who was relocating to Inverness and would definitely recommend Mintbox in the future.

David and the team were fantastic with our house move. They were very punctual and very professional. Nothing was too much hassle or trouble for them. The original plan on having 1 large van proved to be not enough space, so they went back and picked up a second van. We ended up having to wait 24 hours for our keys to the new house. Although we were stressed out having all our items in the back of two vans, Mintbox were very reassuring and provided extreme flexibility for the following day. When we did eventually get the keys they were simply awesome and efficient and putting things into the house and asking on where the specific boxes and furniture need to go. We really can’t recommend Mintbox enough. From start to finish David and his team made our house move all the more manageable thanks to their fantastic packing service. The whole team were professional, friendly and worked swiftly which made the process of moving our belongings stress-free. The highest level of care was taken moving some very valuable objects and despite delays in us getting our keys on moving day the team worked late into the night to ensure that all our belongings were in our new home that night. Great service from the Mint Removals team, always called back, always helpful and always turned up where and when they were supposed to, and they took very good care of our furniture. We had a slightly complicated move, moving 2 houses into one with some storage in between, all went accordingly to plan and nothing was too much trouble for the boys. David and Charlie came to help us move a week ago now and they were frankly amazing. Stress free removals more like! We chose to pack everything ourselves as we had the time and ordered packaging from Mintbox in advance which was great. Then on moving day Mintbox got everything packed into the van quickly and with care. It was also very helpful that they could dismantle our big furniture and then reassemble it the other end!
