wow! where do I start, Charlotte went above and beyond creating a cake for my daughter's ninth birthday. I had quite specific ideas about what I wanted and she was able to capture my daughter's love of her pets and animals perfectly. I've always found beautifully decoarated cakes (from elsewhere) a little disappointing to taste but Charlotte's cake tasted even better than it looked. we had a chocolate cake with mint icing and all the party guests commented on how lovely it was. I just wanted to say a huge thank you Charlotte, for entertaining all the children during my sister in laws wedding on Sunday. The kids all had a wonderful time sticking, glueing, decorating their aprons and making toppers for their Yule log and cupcakes. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy the wedding breakfast with the grown ups and know that the children were being entertained so expertly.
