WE LOVE 3D!We started with just one Lipo Med machine, We now have an Ultimate, an Ultimate Pro, a HIFU desktop and the new Hydro2 Machine! !The training centre is just beautiful and everyone is helpful and informative. We have two machines from 3D Lipo and we are thrilled with the results! The Vjuve CO2 fractional laser has helped so many of our clients with deep Acne scars & pigmentation. The technology of this CO2 fractional laser is very impressive - the downtime is only a couple of days and clients can see a significant improvement to their skin even after just one treatment.Our most recent addition to the clinic from 3D is the Trilogy Ice Laser Hair Removal system which our clients love! Our love affair with 3D Lipo started in October 2016. We were in the market looking for a system that offered Body treatments. Having looked at a number of systems we went for the 3D Ultimate machine. It was an easy decision as the machine offered several treatments that worked exclusively or in conjunction with each other meaning that you can really tailor a treatment plan for clients. This coupled with above the line marketing support (quite unique in this sector) and probably the fastest return on investment given all the treatments we could offer meant it really was a no brainier. It is really encouraging to work with a challenger brand (probably not so much now!) that is bringing new trends at a reasonable price to the market. I still can’t work out or justify in my own head why some of the established players can charge so much more for their equivalent machines. Today was a good example of this having seen the new Laser Sculpt machine from 3D Lipo. Again this is good example of an innovative business bringing essentially a new trend at an affordable price to ensure that the whole supply chain can benefit (3D Lipo:Clinic:Client). This has to be a good combination. Over the last 3 years we have also seen the brand really invest in its customer experience and when we have had issues they have been owned and responded to quickly to minimise downtime which is vital for a busy clinic like ours. This has lead us to invest in the Vjuve and Nanosure machines and replicate the success of the Ultimate in the last 12 months. We have a robust procurement process as a business. 3D Lipo is ranked and scored against a balanced scorecard when making an invest decision for our business along with a number of leading sector players. The fact that we have continued to invest and work with them is testament to how they have grown as a business and this will only get stronger as they they become ISO certified and embrace the positive regulatory changes that are coming in over the next 18 months. Its constantly featured in the press which makes it easier for us to promote our treatments as clients are already familiar with the brand name. I came across 3D Lipo at a trade show in Islington earlier this year and decided to offer the services at my clinic in Kingston-upon-Thames. Even though we are not quite at the stage to offer clients these treatment the training and support are very good indeed. Of course there will always be teething troubles whilst we find our way but the staff are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. They have a nice facility in Rugby that is pleasant to visit and you are made to feel welcome so it is not an intimidating experience.
