I went to see Karen for stress/ anxiety and I can't tell you what a difference it has made. I feel so much calmer and able to deal with situations head on rather than immediately feeling stressed which then triggers my anxiety and I struggle to move forward. I saw Karen with a view to weight loss, something I've struggled with for 24 years. I've tried various diets etc. over that time. Since visiting her twice four months ago, I've comfortably lost over 10 kilos without stress or going hungry. I'm very happy with the control that I now feel empowered by and feel that these two sessions plus only two subsequent plays of her CD have given me new focus, will power and strength. My fear of flying has now gone thanks to Karen's help. Since an unsettling flight a few years ago I had been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks when on a flight. Having hypnotherapy sessions from Karen has not only got rid of any fears of flying but I actually cant wait to fly. Since my last session with Karen within the last 3 months I have flown to New York, Barbados and Munich and now I am in the process of booking another long haul journey with my husband (who has also had successful hypnotherapy sessions from Karen). Thank you so much Karen, at a time in my life when I was feeling very low, having just gone through a messy divorce and with 2 young children your Hypnotherapy sessions kept me sane. I was able to cope with the pressures of feeling very vulnerable one minute and angry the next. Your calm understandable sessions were a real life line and enabled me to keep a clear head whilst dealing with the hurtful aftermath. Karen gets great results - she helped me stop smoking for good. I have tried to stop smoking so many times and have used everything - patches, tablets, NHS support group etc. even 2 other local hypnotherapists. I was out in Alderely one evening and going outside to smoke, when a guy made a comment about it. We started chatting and he said that he had stopped smoking about 5 years ago after trying several other therapists then being recommend to Karen. He even still had her card in his wallet after all that time! I rang and made the appointment and even chatting to her on the phone gave me a confidence in my success that I hadn't had previously. She sent me some materials to prepare me for the session and I turned up at her lovely clinic almost believing I could do it. The whole session was very professional and Karen is so knowledgable and very warm and friendly - I felt instantly calm when I met her. After the consultation, we did a strange thing called EFT but it was amazing! This was followed by the most relaxing hypnosis session I have ever had. I left feeling so calm and positive and armed with resources to help me stay on track. It was so easy, it didn't even bother me when I was with other smokers. 18 months later I'm still a non-smoker, feeling great and totally confident I won't smoke again, ever!!
