Personal Trainers

Having Chae as my PT has been a thoroughly positive experience. I trust her and the training process she designed for me.

This is my 8th week with her (in the 6 month body and mind transformation program), and I am in the best shape I have ever been post-childbirth, both physically and mentally. I have lost almost 4kgs (target of 6kgs) and I am stronger than I thought I could be!

I have learned to push through my mental barrier. I started this journey with a target to increase strength and health, but I have gained so much more. I am mindful of what I put into my body, as well as the wonderful impact of being physically active daily. I have also gained a confidant in her and within our small group.

Thank you Chae, you are always there (literally 24/7!) to answer our questions on just about anything and coach us. Your dedication to our group is admirable. I am a much more positive person since I started this program. I am excited to see what the next 4 months bring!
