Q&As

I love helping people to heal their disordered eating. Be that over eating, emotional eating or binge eating. People are stuck in not being able to lose weight and it's great to help them free of negative patterns.

I am into health and wellness, and healthy eating is a passion of mine. I also love helping people with childhood trauma and unravelling all of the unhealthy thoughts keeping you stuck in putting on weight. It works well to combine the two and help people with weightloss by dealing with the mindset and emotions.

I don't give you diet plans or tell you what to eat. Rather, I help you find the best way of eating for you. When you work on your mindset and emotions around eating, your eating naturally corrects itself to one that is healthy and supportive of you.

Online and face to face. Online is done over zoom. Face to face is held in the practise room in my house.
There is parking outside of the house.

I practise online over zoom. Clients coming into the practise have a window open in the room and practise safe distancing.
