Q&As

I love helping people see and understand the best of themselves and light up at the prospect of being able to change their lives for the better. Life can be difficult, and it can be hard to feel heard or have any space just to focus on you, and I love being able to give people that space to do so.

I love coaching and working with a real variety of people. Having my own business has enabled me to work with everyone from assistant directors in local authorities taking a step up, graduates trying to understand the employment market and their career ambitions to parents finding themselves again after their children have left the nest.

They should only pick me if I’m right for them! Coaching is an incredibly personal experience and so there shouldn’t be any pressure to pick any one person over another. What I will say is I offer a safe space, an empathetic ear and provide challenge and encouragement to help all my clients reach their goals in the way that best suits them and their lifestyles. If you'd like to get to know me more before committing, book in a free, no obligation 30 chemistry call where we can get to know each other and you can ask me any questions.

Yes! I deliver all my coaching remotely as it allows me to work with people based anywhere and gives greater flexibility and, in many instances, allows for better privacy. I deliver coaching via Zoom, Teams, Facetime, over the phone – whatever way suits remotely is fine

I haven’t as all my services are provided remotely. I have however given all my clients an extra nudge to look after themselves as much as possible!
