Lorraine has helped he work through some deep rooted issues. She has a really relaxed way and she immediately put me at ease. Lorraine is easy to talk to and when talking about what my problem is she is working on a solution straight away. I had 2 sessions with Lorraine, one introductory with a task to do at home, and then a second session (1 1/2 hours. ) Lorraine knew exactly what to do to combat my fears, she talked me through step by step and had a lovely calming finish. Lorraine arranged a zoom call with me this week to discuss the techniques most suitable to share with me - to help with my ongoing anxiety. Lorraine was so kind to me and patient and constantly gave me reassurance that I don’t have to live this way anymore and with her help she could encourage my unconscious mind to think differently. I totally trusted Lorraine from the get go and felt calm in the knowledge I was in good hands. I cannot thank Lorraine enough for helping me, always with a smile on her face, bringing humour when appropriate and compassion when it was needed. I have since noticed a huge difference in myself, the anxiety knot in my stomach has lifted and I feel much more in control ! I had a coach session with Lorraine and absolutely enjoyed it. She took the time to explore the area I struggled with and gave me some options to help overcome it answering all my questions. The technique I chose was surprisingly easy, fun and effective. She finished with an awesome deep relaxation so that I came out of the session feeling positive and energised just as if I’d been to the spa! More...
