The exciting thing about this project was that we started with a clean sheet of paper. It’s very hard to articulate your unconscious desires for how you want to design your space but Meme worked very hard to help me do
just that. From my random thoughts and our many discussions she successfully laid out the design I wanted. Arguably that was the hard bit done but the implementation is never easy and she nailed that as well. Meme has shown me the importance and positive power
of design. I am so happy in my new space. It was such a fun project as well. She is a great lady.

Meme, the amazingly talented yet whole hearted face of Mimos Interiors, has radically changed my life. Her brief was to assist me to renovate my entire house.
Over the course of a few weeks, Meme took time to understand
me and my needs. Meme took on boar d the overall budget and structured the work to happen in planned and logical phases. Where necessary, Meme will always find an affordable alternative without compromising on style. Meme is excellent at keeping in touch and
is very much client focused. Meme delivered a first class service, always within budget and always with the most impressive ‘can do’ attitude. No job was too small nor any change to the plan that I requested, of which there were many(!), any trouble. We stayed
in the house whilst all the work was undertaken. Meme co-ordinated all the workmen and tradesmen so efficiently that, despite the upheaval which comes with having builders in the house, we didn’t feel overwhelmed over the many months the work took place. Meme
is very well connected and has been able to refer other professionals, such as a landscape garden, who have all been equally impressive. I asked Meme to decorate my house and she’s given me a stylish, modern, user friendly, serene home.

What’s your interior design process?
After Initial complimentary consultation on site, a proposal is submitted for approval outlining the fees, time frame and delivery.
- A Pinboard of style, atmosphere, styles and products are is shared to find out the the clients preferences.

Once Design is approved, quotoation are submitted from decorators , electricians, Curtian makers and Joiners for approval, a Proforma is raised, payments is required from the client before the products are ordered.

co-ordinates and overseeing the tradesmen.

traditional, contemporary to industrial.
What do you love most about your job?
I love discovering new products in the world of interiors, which is constantly evolving, its wonderful to introduce new ideas to clients, and enormously satisfying to design a space which enhances the quality of a persons life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a great love of fabric having initially trained in fashion, my mother was an amazing home maker and created so much out of so little.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having worked in the industry for 30 years I have a substantial amount of experience and have gained a great team of tradesmen who I work with , I am a small business , where my overheads are low so that I'm able to give the clients a well priced and personal service, the key to a successful project is good communication,
adn to enjoy the journey.

I can provides services online and remotely, but prefer remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We can work online to create the design, will liaise with clients on Zoom/ FaceTime, so that personal contact is minimal. Everyone who visits site is vaccinated and will wear make where necessary.

A complimentary site visit is offered to discuss the clients personal style and needs, vital in order for expectations to be reached, from this a Proposal is submitted .
Pinboard
A Pinboard is created with ideas, colours, styles to ascertain from the client their likes and dislikes which are discussed to get a true understanding of the clients style.
Stage 2
Mood Boards are created with furniture layout, lighting design, wall and floor finishes, furniture window dressings and artwork.
Stage 3
Implementation
Mimos Interiors implements, installs and co-ordinates the project with a team of skilled tradesmen where attention to detail is paramount.
