Came down first time for my bday with family and immediately greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversations throughout. Very relaxed and calm environment. Excellent place for tea ☕ coffee ☕ sandwiches, cakes, croissant, l loved it, if you take children there they will love it nice and very clean place they do deliver too, l had cake with coffee loved it so many varieties, if you have a sweet tooth you will like it l would recommend this place

Love this local spot right on great west road. Mimi’s has a great selection of desserts, coffee's and food. It’s decor it’s reallt modern and the place is very clean. Love coming here for dessert with my family. And to top it off, the owner is so kind and sweet! She greets you with a smile and serves you immediately. Definitely a go to spot in hounslow. More...

Couldn’t ask for a better dessert venue on my doorstep, they even do delivery via UberEats for when one may be too unwell to get out. I bring all my friends and family here and they always return for more. Great choice of desserts especially the classics, love the breakfast up to 1pm but all day would really make this special. The good selection of drinks means their is something to be paired with every choice on the menu. The savouries menu could be expanded further. Great location, parking sometimes tricky when busy. Have visited Mimi’s around 3 times since I’ve moved to the area. Each time I’ve come around the times of 9-10pm (closing time clearly stated as 11pm) the greeting I’ve received is “we are closing in half hour”. No hello, no welcome. Myself and partner only stayed purely for pregnancy cravings but my last visit has now ensured I will not return. After sitting for about 20mins and spending around £40 on dessert we was recieving very obvious dirty looks from owner and she actually came up to us and said I’m sorry but I’m ready to go home so we need to “hurry up”. Heard Mimis cakes work within the wedding industry. She should be careful who she gives this bad service to, never know who your customer is. More...

An open and well-lit space with comfortable chairs and a lovely atmosphere, and much less cramped than other Hounslow dessert places. Menu is varied and fairly inexpensive - milkshakes, assortment of ice cream, crepes and waffles, apple crumble, etc. Breakfast menu (until 1pm daily - would definitely recommend the Masala waffles).
