I would like to give a positive reply to this firm but unfortunately after saying they would come to assess the job, giving a time of 11-12 on Friday, no one turned up. I waited until 1.40pm and decided to phone them again to find out if someone was coming. I had to leave a message on their answerphone but they did not give me the courtesy of a reply.
