This is a great company if you want a pure basic web page that is very limited with the basic lifetime deal. You will have 1/10 the editing ability as with any other web hoster. BUT you will be on the web between 7-10 business days. otherwise you can pay by the month and have roughly the same editing as with other companies. The programming is limited after emailing a tech there. Tried to have daily scheduling for vacation rental and it was out of the realm of program ability on their part. I have no idea how to connect shopify or paypal to the account. Take it for what its worth. You do not get any support that does not include emails or 24 to 48hr wait times. Worst customer service you can get. They falsely advertise discounts and commissions but don't give either! You can email them and they will say they will give you the discount and commission but after 100 days they denied the commission and gave only a partial discount I'm not saying they are liars but they did promise $75 discount and a $50 commission and thus far have only received $50 (not confirmed) On top of that their own web site sucks! Don’t ever make a mistake like us and deal with this company, they are trying to make you sign up with them and afterwards you will get the worse service ever. Their customer service is poor also when we signed up for one of their packages, we were told that we get the domain for life, however, when we decided to leave them due to extremely poor service and communication, they refused to give us the domain although we paid for it ! Discovered we had a leaking boiler on the 20th, every local plumber we called was fully booked until 2023. Luckily we had a call back from here and within an hour we had someone out. What a great bunch of guys. My boiler stopped working in the evening so I had no hot water or heating. I have a 6 month old and they made us a priority. Even though the fault couldn't be fixed that evening they sourced the parts and returned the next day. Job done and we are snug and clean again. Cannot thank Mike enough. Old boiler started leaking on a Tuesday evening, he came out within an hour. Quoted us for a new boiler and Liam came out on Saturday to replace. Extremely professional, friendly and excellent responsiveness. Unfortunately fuse blew in the new boiler the day it was replaced (no fault of anyone!) Do not use this company they took my money to build a website and no website. I tried to contact them on several occasions, no telephone number. This seem to be a scam site. They scheduled me for delivery of my website on 02/25/2022 at 12pm. I logged in 11:57 am I waited until 12:50pm and no host showed up. I am trying to get my refund and not able to.
