Change Strategy Method (fancy name, I know) is an interdisciplinary method that facilitates change.
The method uses elements of co-active coaching as a starting point and builds a unique, personalized process for each client.
It uses techniques from Strategic Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Milton Model, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Nonviolent Communication.
It is a present-centered and future-oriented method, pragmatic, focused on results and encouraging action, and taking responsibility.
