I am very impressed by Midland service. He thoroughly cleaned our furnace and air duct and the dryer vent, the result is super. He’s patient, diligent, and very professional. Jermain at Midland Carpet Cleaners came to clean my carpet. I had requested that I wanted my carpets cleaned throughout my property at separate times as I have a medical condition that determines when I will be well enough to put up with furniture removal during cleaning. I was so pleased that I had found a company that was prepared to follow my instructions. Jermain and his associate turned up on time, did a thorough vacuum and carpet clean of my living room, stairs + landing. They moved all the furniture round so I didn’t need to. I was very pleased with the result and they will be returning at a later date to suit me to clean the bedroom carpet.
I was aware that carpets may stretch with cleaning and it was my choice to have my carpets cleaned and we discussed this before they cleaned my carpet. Also their quote was reasonable and it it waver from the amount stated.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service. You sent us a message va WhatsApp and we said to you we would be happy to come back and go back over the entrance carpet for you. We did leave a bottle at your house sorry for this didn't realize it was open. You was charged £180 pound for your large living room, inside living room there was a rug entrance, a runner rug and two other rugs, one in your kitchen and your utility. The two rugs in the kitchen went a bit wavy like you mentioned. We discussed this matter but not a resolution. I have given you many solutions but all your emails are stating a refund which suggest that you only want a free job with your money back. If you want to contact us by telephone we can discuss and try sort out this matter out for you, but so far I don't see any solutions from you only several request for a refund without giving us a chance to correct this matter.

I am sorry, you were unhappy about the service You contacted us about your entrance carpet that area looked unclean we were happy to do this for you. You paid for a living room clean plus a rug clean in that same living room your entrance carpet which also had a runner rug on it and two rugs one in your kitchen and your utility room this was £180 pounds. Also, the smell would have been from the carpets when cleaned wool carpets let off a smell. This is normal when dry it would have gone. All job carpets are deodorized free of charge. When leaving jobs a link is sent to your mobile automatically. You choose the Bark app to leave the first review. At the same time, u told us about the carpet and mentioned the bottle Your words as a goodwill gesture could do the peach carpet. We quoted for u, to do October. if u want to contact us by telephone we can arrange to come back over if this is what you would like or to resolve the issue Thank you

Good service at a good price and excellent clean. Our new puppy arrived about 9 months ago. Puppies and carpets do not mix well and the carpets were stained in several places. We opted for the deep clean and the stains have gone. The hall/stairs carpet which has been down for best part of 20 years is looking refreshed and good for a fair few years yet.
