What inspired you to start your own business?
There was a need for reliable service provider who was honest and trustworthy in this industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
We ensure all of our crews are fully trained to the highest level. We also ensure our crews are first aid trained so in the unfortunate event of an accident on site we can ensure our crews and the public are in safe hands.

Unfortunately we can not provide our services remotely or online due to the nature of the business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our Staff take regular COVID 19 tests and we do not allow anyone who has tested positive to Covid 19 to work with members of the public.

We operate a none call out charge meaning that you only pay for the works carried out.
Civils
We have our own in-house Civils Teams who are time served in their fields of expertise.
All our operatives are fully insured and trained in, Street works, EWSR Safe-Dig, Deep Excavation and Smart Awards as well as being fully trained in Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling and First Aid.
Our Crews carry out works in the following Civils Sectors including but not limited to: -
• Wastewater repairs
• Wastewater installations
• Clean water repairs
• Clean water installations
• Fibre Network Civils works both repairs and installation.
• New Highway Installations
• Drop Kerbs
• Footpaths
• Driveways
• Safety Duct Installation
We can also offer a wide range of maintenance contract items including:-
• Fencing works
• Slabbing works
• Concrete works
• All other Civils related works

The Civils team is backed up by fully qualified project managers and supervisors.
Tarmac & Reinstatement Works
Midlands Utilities Ltd offer our own reinstatement and tarmac services.
Our teams operate their own Hot Boxes and Grab Lorries.
Working alongside our Civils department we are proud to offer the following, including but not limited to:-
