Excellent service from this man and he's really informative about what he was doing. He doesn't give up until it's fixed. Rates were really reasonable and I will definitely be using him again . Ricky was very responsive and and informative about the job and didn't mind corresponding via email because of me being at work. I sent him a few photo's of the boiler and of a leaky radiator valve that needed replacing and he knew straight away what was required and responded by sending me copies of his training certificates to show he was familiar with my make of boiler. Due to working Monday to Friday I was only available to have the work done on a weekend. This was no problem for Ricky and he managed to fit me in the following Saturday morning in the time slot he had said. The job went very smoothly and Ricky was very tidy making sure any mess was taken care of before leaving.
