Hello!

Im so glad you are here. I am an Empathetic creative, registered psychotherapist in the UK. With 4 years of clinical experience in a domestic abuse setting and over 10 years of experience working therapeutically and creatively with young people with a range of disabilities and behavioural needs.

I have experience in helping young people and adults with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

I have been trained Integratively which means although I have a person centred core approach. I can tailor your therapy to whatever you need including CBT , Psychodynamic and Creative therapies.

You deserves to be heard without judgment with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

It takes courage to take that first step to seek support and there is no shame in working on yourself! Go you! I hope I can support & empower you in that journey.

Please do also contact me if you are looking for someone to work with your child or a young person, i’ve worked with disabilities for the last 10 years in an education setting. So I also welcome anyone with special needs who may want or need a more creative approach.
