What do you love most about your job?
I am so privileged to work as a counsellor. I am really dedicated to my profession.
I am professional but still human! Not only do I have the qualifications but also have a vast amount of life experience to call on.
Get in touch.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before I was a counsellor, I was a teacher for 24 years, including roles of Deputy head and Head of School. I'd always wanted to be a counsellor so when the opportunity arose, I grabbed it! I now work alongside my husband who is also a qualified counsellor.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm real. I know how it feels to worry, feel anxious, feel lost. But I can offer lots of strategies and support mechanisms that can help. Sometimes, just talking things though and becoming more aware of yourself and those around you helps. Contact me, come and see me and begin your journey of better mental health.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer face to face counselling but also remote counselling. Telephone counselling is also an option.
Counselling
I am an integrated counsellor. Being an integrative therapist allows me to call on a variety of different theories and strategies to support the individual needs of the client. I see a wide range of people with different issues - from the very young to the older in years. Do get in touch.
