Individual training plan that supported me to lose two stone in weight in a sustainable way. Michael looks beyond the 'move more, eat less' approach adopted by many PTs and explores the habits and behaviours that will assist you with long term success.

Halfway through my 12 weeks with Michael and he's been absolutely brilliant, makes sure you understand how and why your doing certain things and how to get the best results out of yourself, feeling fit and healthy and getting confidence back again and cant wait to kick on with the next 6 weeks

Mike has been a great personal trainer for me. He has completely helped me to gain a great understanding of training techniques through a 1-2-1 training regime. He is very thorough and explains why and how everything is done, in a polite manner. His facilities are great and he is always only a text away if I am having any trouble with the nutritional or physical aspect to the course. You can see he is genuine and wants to help you achieve your goals.

I would certainly recommend him to my friends/family or anyone who is looking for a PT.

Personal Trainers

Michael is very patient, professional and has educated me on the balance between nutrition and exercise.

My progress regarding my weight was reviewed every 2 weeks and my nutrition and steps was monitored every other day. This was key to my weight loss and made me feel motivated and the times that I weakened, Michael would suggested a strategy to get me back on target. More...

I am currently going into week 5 of my 6 week challenge and couldn’t be happier with my results. Mike has been supportive and encouraging throughout this whole process from the initial consultation. He is very knowledgable and explains and demonstrates how to do an exercise properly. He is very approachable if you have any problems or questions.

The sessions have pushed up my confidence and I have gained knowledge on form, technique and proper nutrition that I can take away with me once my 6 week challenge is over. Highly recommend!

I’ve been on the 6 week challenge. Mike started with an initial consultation and explained clearly what was involved and how the 6 week challenge would work. He shared an e book and videos via a WhatsApp group to offer additional support and was happy to offer support, outside of the sessions, if needed. Mike is cleary very knowledgable and is able to explain the purpose and technique of the exercises during practical sessions and has been extremely patient when I’ve found it difficult to get the technique just right. Nothing has been too much trouble and I would recommend Mike to anyone. I’ve lost weight and feel better. I’m confident that I will know some of the exercises so I can exercise independently once the 6 week programme has finished. Thanks Mike. More...

I did a 6 week PT course with mike late last year and it was honestly the best thing i have done. In such a short space of time i dropped body fat, got really fitter and confident and also knowledgable regarding fitness and nutrition. Mike is a really friendly guy who always goes the extra mile to support you and ensure you achieve your goals. The gym set up is superb and mike really knows his stuff. Took part in a the first of mikes 6 week challenges and he has been great 👍 not only have I learned the importance of good form but I have learned a lot about proper nutrician and how to focus on what my goals are.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pt who really knows his stuff and will give you the coaching you need.

i help by educating my clients on understanding the basics of nutrition and how that has a massive impact on their goals.
i also show my clients how to follow my 3 nutrition rules to help them live a healthier life while still been able to enjoy the foods and drinks they love such as pizza and wine :)

You defintely don’t have to be perfect far from it, but being consistent over a good 12-20 weeks will have a huge difference from start to finish.

Also the right education on nutrition and training plan is key also.

the ability to have someone just for a short period of time such as 12 weeks and seeing where they started and within such a short period of time how much they can change not just physically but mentally and feeling so much more confident within themselves.

i joined the British Army at 16 and then went onto being selected as an army physical training instructor, this is what i specialised in for my 6 year career which i loved especially planning and implementing my programmes to make sure my Regiment was "fit to fight" for any operational deployments around the world.

so i have always been very physically active and very health conscious to make sure i am feeling my best.

I love helping people on their own health and fitness journey, i am very passionate and knowledgable and after our first consultation you would defintely be able to see the above.

I also love seeing over time how much each and everyone of my clients have gained so much more confidence in themselves from when they initially started to when they finish with myself.
