Rude with no interest in customer service. Late to reply and very below par work. Discovered a supposed issue with our accounts but was unwilling to provide further details or work with us on the issue. Openly admitted he wanted to spend time on others accounts instead of aiding us fully. When we challenged his service levels/ competency he threatened small claims court action. With plenty of other highly rated accountants in the area it was an easy choice to take our business elsewhere. More...

Respect and trust is a two way thing. I treat all my customers the same and to date there have been no complaints only positives. A service was provided if the client was unhappy with the service a simple phone call to me and we could have discussed any problems. If a client refuses to pay for my agreed services as provided in a signed letter of engagement then I can of course see recompense through the small claims court.
