Step 1: We will discuss your initial ideas and any preferred colour schemes, patterns and textures in order to advise you further.

We always encourage you to come to our showroom to look through our fabric sample books and you can even borrow selected books for a day or two so you can look at the fabric options in your home or business environment. Alternatively, we can order fabric samples to help you make your decision.

Step 2: We offer a full fitting service and if chosen, we will arrange for our fitter to come to your home or business location to assess the fitting requirements and to take measurements for your new products. As part of this visit, we will ensure that we get an understanding of any access restrictions to the fitting location and any special considerations for how we will fit your new products. If our fitting service is not required, we ask you to provide your own measurements.

Step 3: Once the fabric has been chosen and the design agreed, we will put together an estimate of the overall costs. Once the estimate has been accepted, we will require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit payment before we can begin working on your bespoke order.

Step 4: We will proceed with your order and start the production of your individual handmade products.

Step 5: Once your products are completed and ready to be fitted or collected, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date. On collection, or once fitting has been completed, the remaining 50% outstanding payment will be due.
