I have knowledge as well as experience in muscle toning, fat loss and muscle growth. My training taps into all areas of fitness and nutrition and I am based in a small private gym where the gym wont feel over crowded or too much. The staff and everyone there are really there, its a better environment then larger gyms in my opinion.
