I thought I would give Mick a call after looking on Yell.com for someone who could help me with my old PC as it stopped working and I needed to get to all my invoices which was on the PC so I called Mick and we arranged for me to take it to his workshop,he said could I leave it with him and he said he would call me if he had any joy with it,Mick called me a few days later and said he had managed to retrieve them,I sad that’s absolutely great,I asked Mick if he could transfer the things onto my Laptop and he did,I found Mick very trustworthy and approachable on meeting him and was more than happy with everything he did,thanks Mick if I could give him a 6⭐️ I would as his price was very fair.thanks

Just used MH for the first time when the hard drive failed on my pc. I dropped my pc off at their office and received a quote within hours. All the software and programmes on my pc was cloned, then after a new hard drive was fitted it was reprogramed as original. It now works exactly as before but faster. My laptop got infected with a virus last week. I used the contact form on the MH website and was immediately contacted on my mobile by Mike. My immediate impression was 'what a friendly guy'. We made an appointment on the following day to have my laptop cleared and the virus located and removed, followed by full reinstallation of all my software plus an new antivirus system. I collected my machine within 48 hours and it is much faster now and working like a new laptop. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service, followed up yesterday with a phone call to check all is well. Ten out of ten for service and value for money. MH is now my go to place for IT issues.
