I have personally known both Martin and Sarah for 20 years. They are of fine character and lovely people. Martin, in particular, is very clever and has a wonderful ability to be able to stimulate and educate young people's minds. My son, now an adult who has Aspersgers, and my 15 year old daughter have enjoyed both Martin's company and have loved his mathematical mind games he uses to insight their thirst for knowledge. We found Martin relatively late in our daughter's A Level Physics studies. From the outset, we found him approachable and encouraging. He was always willing to put in extra time on preparation to ensure their limited time together was put to best use. Browsing through Google can be a bit of a gamble.. especially when you're looking for a one to one tutor for your daughter. MG Tuition Services will put your mind at rest. Not expecting payment upfront, keeping in constant contact and making my daughter feel at ease from their first visit, have all resulted in a happy partnership. I spoke to Martin back in March about the fact i was hoping to go to university to study Primary Teaching. In order to get in, i had to sit a professional skills test in maths. I told Martin that i had been out of education for 4 years and i was very much out of practise with my maths and had a lot of anxieties about having to answer questions within 50 seconds. My test was 4 weeks from the date that i first got in contact with him. He booked me in straight away and we went through a practise test which I panicked at and started to get upset and got a very low score. I had four sessions in total before my test, in which Martin taught me ways of coping with my anxiety and methods to work things out quickly. All thanks to Martin, i passed my test first time round and i wouldn't have been able to do it without his help. He was a fantastic tutor and i will forever be greatful for his help. More...
