We were told that as two technophobic senior citizens Mex would solve our problem quickly and with Manishus help they did. She also helped with another problem re our mobile phone so if your children, grandchildren speak so fast that you don't know what the hells going on don't get stressed and get Mex to sort it out.Their professional advice saved us from buying a new phone and the cost involved was very reasonable. I bought a Vodafone smart first 7 for 48.99 in HH and got it home, connected to Wifi it updated itself. It was unlocked wen i bough it updated then locked the fone to vodafone.
Now I am waiting for the help I need, then i can re-write this review. and make it a happier and more satisfactory once i have my new fone working
