Fantastic service! Our school toilets were blocked, causing stress amongst children and staff. As Caretaker I had tried drain rodding several times without success. No toilets equals no school! Metro Rod were fully booked for the next two days but sent out the local guy (so sorry, I forgot your name!). He was here 4.15pm till 7.30pm, clearing one blockage after another. What an absolute superstar!! So conscientious and knowledgeable!! He kept our school open and has the gratitude of all of our children and staff. Thank you for doing such a great job!! More...

Came out to fix a drain. I have no idea what they were thinking but they used a branch to fish out the blockage rather than professional equiptment, which they then left covered in waste in the yard. They also left a waste covered plastic glove on my wheelie bin. The whole yard is covered in tissue and waste. Outstanding customer service, Ricki, the service engineer told us exactly what he was going to do and kept us informed at every step of the works, he was very thourough and found the blockage and descaled the remaining pipes whilst there, Ricki was very Knowledgeable and his customer service skills were impeccable, he tided up after he had finished and was very pleasant to chat to, a very refreshing experience and would highly recommend using this service again, many thanks, cheers.

I saw one of your staff members today at 14:40 in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. He pulled over to start his work and on pulling over he noticed a ladies dog had rolled in some dog faeces. He stopped the lady and informed her and even went into his van and got some cleaning supplies for her and to my surprise he cleaned the dog for her! I thought this was the sweetest thing I had seen in a long time. I was on the bus stop waiting for a bus and after the lady had left he noticed where I was stood and after placing his cones informed me that he wished he could park somewhere else so the bus could see me more clearly. This man is a treasure to your company and I'm glad I had the pleasure to see him at work. More...

I honestly cannot praise one of your workers Callum, highly enough. We've had probably the strangest issue he has come across (new build property with a bit of a teething issue). Callum came out on 2 seperate occasions, once in the monsooning rain and once in blistering heat and spent hours clearing expanding foam from our kitchen waste pipe. He really wen above and beyond. I'm thankful to him and the company and would definitely reccomend them to anyone who has a drainage issue. Very thorough, very polite. Just a good service. Particularly impressed with Lee who went above and beyond to help me over the phone at 7pm at night when my association failed to send a job to Metro Rod. He was so understanding and kind enough to take matters in to his own hands and dealt with it all for me very quickly and efficiently. He called me back direct several times to keep me updated on the entire situation.
