Metcon gym is open to all ages and abilities. We offer a variety of group training classes including strength, fitness & boxing, as well as our well equipped open gym!
Group training classes run multiple times per week, with strength classes monday, Wednesday & friday, at 6am, 2pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm
Our open gym is open 6am-9pm monday - friday and 8am -4pm weekends
