What inspired you to start your own business?
Mersey Branch was set up by Ed in 2013 drawing on his life-ling intesrest and love of trees as well as his numerous years of experience gained as a contract climber.

We pride ourselves on our technical aerial abilities and the use of new innovative techniques to benefit both customers and their trees. Utilising such methods enables us to preserve and retain specimen trees or dismantle unwanted or hazardous tree without causing any damage to the surrounding environment, whether that be buildings, houses, watercourses or other trees.
When pruning we strive to leave a healthy, well shaped tree, and in all cases the work area is left clean and tidy.
All work is completed in accordance qith BS3998, the British Standard for Tree Work. We are fully qualified and insured.

Due to the nature of our work we can not offer services online or remotely. However, we are happy to answer any queries via email or telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We understand that Covid-19 may still be a worry to many of our customers. All quotes and works carried out are provided at a distance. Where required, we can provide quotations on site without any contact as long as we have access and the job specification.
