As a Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, I draw on a range of different approaches to work with you as an individual in a style that would suit you best. I offer face-to-face, telephone and Skype coaching in the London and Kent areas and always offer a complimentary 'chemistry' meeting so we can get to know each other and you can make an informed decision if I am the coach for you.

I had a discovery session with Merrisha in January. In those 30' I connected with her in an amazing way. Even though is a free session she gave so much value and I was able to make small changes after we spoke. After attending a life coaching session with Merrisha I found the cluttered mess in my head had been decluttered and I had a plan in which I could move forward with. What do you love most about your job?
Setting up my coaching business is a natural progression from everything that has held meaning in my life. I coach, simply put, because I am passionate about it and what it can do and I love working with people. There is nothing more energising than seeing somebody walk through the door frustrated with their situation, walking out with a new found approach of what needs to be different, and more importantly taking action and getting results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been inquisitive, naturally curious to know how things work, especially people. I’ve had a successful career in the NHS for nearly 20 years, which has connected with my values of helping others, but along the way it has also given me great opportunities to work with and get the best out of people, seeing some amazing transformations along the way. Nearly 10 years ago I qualified and started working as a coach and more recently delved into NLP Practitioner training, and was hooked and knew I wanted to do more of this. Merrisha Gordon Coaching was officially born in early 2019.
