What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and find it very rewarding when I have contributed to a person's wellbeing. I have worked with clients and helped towards achieving their desired goals. The whole process from the start of therapy to the end is a journey never to be taken for granted, I value each person's life as I value my own and to have the opportunity to assist in times of difficulties is a true privilege, to be invited into someone's private world is something I treat with the utmost respect and highest of confidentiality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From training as a therapist in 2008, it was a natural progression from working with organisations such as 'Teens and Toddlers' and 'Place2Be' to develop my own company. working within organisations gave me the opportunity of developing and honing in on my skills. Later in 2012, I had the benefits of practicing as a Private Counsellor in Tenerife the Canary Islands. With referrals from the local British GP, I began my private practice. I am by nationality half English and Spanish and speak both languages.

I am very open minded, I am person-centred and work humanistically. I have experience of dealing with many areas of psychological issues and can provide therapy in several avenues including music. I have a profound understanding and deep empathy of a person experiencing difficulties, I believe the healing process begins through the counselling relationship thus it is vital to choose the right counsellor for you.
