About

We are a small family run business offering a friendly and professional service, both online and face to face. We take the time to listen to our clients needs and requirements.
Our mission is to minimise waste throughout the project, including upcycling/reusing pieces of furniture rather than replacing (depending on clients preference).

Q&As

We will have an initial phone conversation to arrange a meeting, face to face or zoom. The meeting will be to discuss the brief in more detail - requirements, time scale and budget, then if you are happy to proceed with us we will send over a contract for you to sign. After this we will provide you with concept board(s) - floor plans, elevations, mood boards, proposed furniture layout etc.
Depending on the design package, we will work with you through to the completion of work. More detailed plans including specifications, writing up schedule of works, scheduling and coordinating deliveries, sight visits and snagging.

We can cater for most styles, we work with our client and design as per their needs and requirements.

There are so many aspect to the design process and each client and job is unique, that is what I love most is the variety of the tasks in every project.

One of the reasons is so that I can offer my clients a personalised service and not be dictated to about company policy. I don't believe that hiring a designer is exclusively for the rich, working with a designer can save you money and I wanted to be able to offer that service to everyone, not just to people with an endless budget.

I work with my clients, at the end of the day they need to be happy with the design as it is their property. I will offer guidance and advise but ultimately the final decision is theirs to make.

I can provide service remotely, this would be done via email and video calls. The client would need to provide any measurements needed for floor plans etc. I will talk the client through everything.

Only face to face meetings when necessary, face coverings and social distancing rules adhered to keep the client and myself safe.
