What’s your signature dish?
French and Mediterranean Cakes. Cakes are made from all-natural ingredients – free range eggs, proper English flour. This also means they are halal-friendly, as we do not use any alcohol in our baked goods either.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
by listening to our clients. We do not use nuts in the manufacturing process, but some of our cake designs have nuts as a topping. For this reason, we cannot guarantee 100% nut-free cakes.
