Existing Measured Surveys
In order to produce accurate designs, we need to start with an accurate existing survey of your existing house. This way we can make sure everthing fits and works as it should, so there aren't any nasty surpises when it comes to the build!
Householder Planning
Do you need planning? Permitted development? It doesn't need to be confusing. I can provide advice on the best route to take with your proposed project and act as agent, producing all the relevant information required for your submission.
Building Regulations
An important part of your project is to make sure that everything is built to meet current building standards and regulations. I can produce detailed working drawings/plans and specifications to make sure that everything is correct and in place prior to the start of the build. At this stage everything is considered in more detail, from drainage to insulation and structural elements.
