I contacted Mike on a saturday evening after my laptop completely crashed. I had my uni work and personal documents I really needed recovered. Mike was absolutely brilliant as I was able to drop it off within 30 minutes and he started working on it straight away and he willingly gave up his entire weekend to solve my issues. He recovered all my documents and he was very kind and professional. Considering it was a last minute problem, he was still affordable compared to other computer repairs. I messaged to ask for my laptop to be repaired, it took 2 hours to reply via email. which I think is brilliant customer service, I was expecting the next day. From my first email, the communication was excellent, and honesty was respectful too. I got my laptop picked up the next morning and it took two days. I would highly recommend any repair or service needed. After service when I got my laptop back was very good, talked me through everything, didn't just hand it back like most shops or others would do. I called as my laptop died in the middle of some work. It was 6pm, my call was returned within the hour, drop off arranged and my data retrieved and back with me by the following afternoon! Great service!

I needed a laptop for my 10yrs old granddaughter, mick was very informative and helpful, my main concern was that there was restrictions put on it, so my granddaughter couldn’t go on sites or things I didn’t want her on. What can I say, I had a Acer One 10 which needed to be taken due to a Software glitch etc, Mick was honest with me throughout and gave me a price and said you might as well get a new one which is better than that. He was really helpful and I am really enjoying the new Laptop which I brought from him, he is someone who cares about his customers and makes sure everything is alright with the laptop and whether your happy with what he did. After a bad experience with Coventry Computer Repairs - i called Mick who collected the computer the next day - and then called me the next morning to tell me what the issue was and the approx cost of repair.
