I found McCann roofing by looking for reviews of local roofers on the web. I took some photos of the issue (some lead that was slipping of a bay window) and was pleased with how quickly I got a response and a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out as planned within the time and on budget. Caswell McCann was efficient, clear and knowledgeable. I knew the issue as this was not the first time we had had a problem and he proposed and delivered a good solution. Caz is a very friendly guy and he did an amazing job on fixing our roof. He also did it at a very fair price. We had one quote before and those guys were super friendly but the price to do the work was 3 times what it cost with McCann's. I've no idea what they planned on doing but as the work took less than a day, to charge £1000 for it was crazy. Caz came in and was very efficient and honest about what was involved and charged accordingly. The work was done quickly and well and we're so glad we used them. Very highly rated. More...

McCann Roofers were called for a broken guttering after the last heavy down pour. To access the rear guttering of my house is awkward because of my conservatory but they soon came up with an idea on how to access the guttering without heavy expense. They came out within 45 minutes and fixed it excellently on Bank Holiday Monday without any extra charge for being a Bank Holiday.
