Making sure the issue is recitifed and the customer is assured and happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being independent was always something i aspired to be and i was progressing quickly in the industry so i took the leap.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think the client should choose whomever is the most reliable and trustworthy in thier eyes, I just hope I leave a good enough impression on them to be hired. Its what i strive to accomplish.

Sometimes we can estimate over the phone provided the information given is detailed enough but in most cases i would feel comfortable to come out for a visit and a chat.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Always making sure we keep good distance and letting the customer lead in the social distancing role.
