• Complete a New Client Form;
This allows us to understand a little more about you, the project and identify the best way of working and communicating together.


• Complete an Interior eDesign Questions;
This will allow us to build a picture of what the redesign will look like. What your needs are - as well as your intentions for the space.


• Client Call
After we have digested all the questionnaire information – we may have a few more specific questions. This informal chat will allow us to finalize any other details in-order for us to start the creative design process.
It would be great if we could video call – in the desire space – but not at all necessary! If time is a little tight for you – we can happily have these conversations via email, if that suits you better.
It’s at this point we will detail how much the eDesign Package will cost – and when the package will be completed.
50% of Payment will be made before the design process begins.


• Creative Design Process
We will then get started on your dream redesign. This can take between 7-14 days depending on
the size and level of the project.


• Creative Presentation;
We will share the full design brief to you for review. You can share any feedback in whichever
format suits you. (Phone Call, Email, VideoCall.)
We will make any amendments to the design based on your feedback.
Remaining 50% of payment will be taken before the final pack and sourcing list is sent over.


• Final Creative Brief Sent
Once all changes have been made – we will send you the completed design pack via DESIGN FILES – this is a online platform which will allow you to shop, browse and purchase all the items suggested for your redesign project.

• Check-in Calls
We want to be with you every step of the way – so should you need a little advice or guidance along the way – we will provide 3 phone call support session up to 6 months after the Creative Brief was sent.
