There is always something wrong. Offices with no heating and no temperature control, kitchen with no water, multiple toilet cubicles out of order, no soap in the bathrooms. Last week my motorcycle was stolen from the car park and after a week of asking staff to look at the cameras and getting nowhere I gave up. We use Xero, QuickBooks, Sage to run client accounts remotely, and can arrange meetings on Zoom and Ms Teams.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear facemasks, and ensure the 2m distance is maintained during visits. Prior to visit, we send out a very short covid-19 risk assessment form to provide and gather up-to-date information.
Business accounting
Bookkeeping, Financial planning and budgeting, Cashflow forecasts, Bank and account reconciliation, Management accounting and variance analysis, Payroll and HMRC RTI submissions, VAT returns, Annual accounts and corporation tax filing.
Individual accounting
Self-assessment tax return covering all income sources such as employment income not fully taxed, buy-to-let income, stocks and shares income, dividends, online trading etc.
Charity accounting
Bookkeeping, processing gift aid claims, preparation of Charities SORP (FRS 102) accounts and notes, and independent examination of accounts.
